How Our Games Help Section Works

Our games lobby runs titles from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Evolution — each with its own round mechanics, volatility profile, and feature triggers. When something in a game doesn't behave the way you expect, the answer usually lives in that game's rules panel, which you can open mid-session without closing the round. For crash games like Spaceman Crash Play, the multiplier

climbs in real time and your cash-out registers the moment you tap. Live tables streamed by Evolution follow standard dealing rules, and every hand result is logged to your account history. If a round closes unexpectedly, check the session log before contacting support — most queries resolve there first.

HOW WE RUN GAMES

Fair Game Standards Inside Our Lobby

Provider-Certified RNG

Slot and crash game outcomes are generated by the provider's own certified random number system — Pragmatic Play and PG Soft publish their RNG certificates. We do not modify those outcomes on our end.

Live Table Integrity

Evolution live tables are dealt by human dealers on camera. Every card drawn and every roulette spin is recorded server-side, so any disputed result can be reviewed against the video and round log.

Session History Access

Your full round history — including bet size, outcome, and timestamp — stays visible in your account. You can filter by game type or date range to check any past session without needing to contact support.

RTP Where Shown

RTP figures are displayed only when the game provider makes them available in the game panel. We do not publish RTP numbers for games where the provider does not expose them.

Round Not Settled

If a round shows pending longer than expected, pull up your account's session history. The result timestamp tells you whether the round settled on our server before you contact our support team.

Game Froze Mid-Round

A dropped connection mid-round does not cancel your bet. Reconnect on the same device or switch to another — the round result is held server-side and will appear in your history once your session resumes.

Dispute a Game Result

Reach our support channel with your round ID and the time it occurred. Every live table and slot round produces a unique round reference — share that and we can pull the full hand or spin log.

Games Glossary — Key Terms Explained

What does RTP mean in slots?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the percentage of total bets a slot returns over many rounds. It is a long-run statistical average set by the provider, not a round-by-round payout guarantee.

What is a multiplier in crash games?

A multiplier is the live number climbing during a crash round like Spaceman. Your payout equals your bet multiplied by the value at which you cash out before the round ends.

What does volatility mean for a slot game?

Volatility describes how a slot distributes payouts. High volatility means bigger but less frequent wins; low volatility means smaller but more regular payouts across your session.

What is a side bet on a live table?

A side bet is an optional wager placed alongside your main bet in live baccarat or blackjack. It pays on specific outcomes — like a pair — independent of the main hand result.

What does a round ID refer to?

A round ID is the unique reference code attached to every game round in your session history. Sharing it with support lets us pull the exact spin, hand, or crash round for review.

What is a handicap bet in sports?

A handicap bet adjusts the starting score of a Liga 1 or European football match. One side receives a virtual head start, which changes the effective odds and your qualifying win condition.

What Our Players Ask About Games Most

These are the questions we see most often from players exploring our lobby — from how crash rounds resolve to what happens when a live table disconnects. Each answer reflects how our platform actually works, not a generic template.

Your cash-out on Spaceman Crash Play registers the moment you tap the button — the confirmed multiplier and payout appear immediately in your round history. If the figure looks wrong, check the round ID in your session log and share it with support.

Yes. Most games in our lobby have a rules or paytable icon inside the game frame. Tapping it opens the rules overlay without closing or pausing your active round, so you can check feature mechanics mid-session.

A spin that freezes mid-animation has usually already resolved on the server. Refresh your browser or reopen the game — the result and any payout will show in your account history once the session reconnects.

Every Evolution live baccarat hand is logged to your account's round history with a timestamp and round reference. You can filter by game name to find a specific session without scrolling through your full history.

Abandoned or postponed Liga 1 match bets are voided and your stake is returned to your account wallet according to our sportsbook rules. The settlement usually processes once the official result is confirmed by the provider feed.

Open the game, then tap the information or settings icon inside the game frame. PG Soft displays RTP in the game panel where the provider makes it available — if it is not shown there, we do not publish a figure independently.
